360 Home Enhancers – Terms and Conditions
1. Guarantee on Workmanship
All products manufactured by 360 Home Enhancers come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee, starting from the date of project handover. This guarantee covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage.
2. Installation Liability
If installation is performed by a third party, 360 Home Enhancers will not be held liable for any damages, defects, or issues arising from improper installation. Upon request, we can provide the contact details of third-party installers for your convenience. Please note, these installers operate independently, and 360 Home Enhancers assumes no responsibility for their work.
3. General Terms
This guarantee does not cover damages caused by misuse, modifications, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Customers must report any defects covered by the guarantee within the 12-month period for evaluation and potential repair or replacement.
Any disputes or claims will be addressed in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
By making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Any discounts offered are discretionary and not guaranteed. Discounts may be revoked at any time prior to the issuance of the final invoice, at the sole discretion of 360 Home Enhancers.
Discounts do not constitute a right or entitlement and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment structure is as follows:
60% deposit payable upon acceptance of the quotation.
30% payable upon commencement of the project.
10% payable the day before project completion.
Work will not proceed on the final day of the project unless the final payment (10%) has been received.
Full and final payment must be made before any warranty on workmanship becomes effective. The warranty period will only commence once the final balance has been paid in full.
Warranty and Settlement Clause
In the event of a dispute regarding workmanship or service delivery, where both parties reach a mutual agreement to reduce the final project balance and accept the work “as is,” the standard workmanship warranty shall be deemed null and void. By accepting a discounted or negotiated final amount, the client acknowledges acceptance of the completed work in its current condition and waives any further claims related to defects, corrections, or warranty coverage, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by 360 Home Enhancers.
